For Shivaangi Sharma, entrepreneurship has never been about simply running a business. It has always been about bringing people together, solving problems, and creating meaningful impact through collaboration. As the Co-Founder & Business Head of Say No More Creative Agency, she has built a company rooted in strategic thinking, creativity, and the belief that great brands are built by great teams.
“I’ve always loved connecting people and thinking strategically,” Shivaangi says. “Even before entrepreneurship, my mind naturally worked towards finding opportunities, solving problems, and figuring out how something could be done better.”
That entrepreneurial instinct eventually led to the birth of Say No More Creative Agency. Rather than trying to do everything herself, Shivaangi focused on building a business where different strengths could come together to create something bigger than any individual.
“I’ve always believed that great businesses aren’t built by individuals alone. They’re built by strong teams, smart delegation, and people who complement each other’s strengths. Combining my strategic approach with the right creative expertise felt like the most natural way to build something meaningful.”
Describing herself as a natural go-getter, Shivaangi believes progress begins with action.
“If I believe in something, I chase it. I enjoy making things happen and getting things done. That mindset has shaped not just the way I run my business, but the way I approach life.”
Like many women entrepreneurs, her journey has also involved overcoming assumptions and proving herself in environments where her ideas were sometimes underestimated.
“One of the biggest lessons entrepreneurship has taught me is to trust my own decisions. There are moments when people take your opinions lightly or underestimate you, but I’ve always believed in holding my ground and trusting my instincts.”
Equally significant has been learning to balance ambition with family and personal commitments—something she believes many women struggle with unnecessarily.
“It’s easy for women to feel they need to shrink their ambitions because they have multiple responsibilities. I’ve learned that you don’t have to choose between being a daughter, wife, mother, or entrepreneur. You can embrace every role while continuing to build a meaningful career.”
For Shivaangi, leadership is less about control and more about creating ownership.
“Every day is a balancing act, and I don’t think anyone ever completely masters it. What helps is building a company with dependable people who take ownership and contribute through their individual strengths toward one common goal.”
She credits much of her journey to the unwavering support of those around her.
“My family, my husband, my children, my business partner, and my team have all made this journey possible. More importantly, I’ve always been clear about the kind of life I wanted to build. I never wanted to choose between a fulfilling career and a fulfilling personal life—I wanted both.”
Beyond business success, Shivaangi hopes her journey encourages more women to pursue their ambitions unapologetically.
“Work isn’t just about earning an income. It shapes who you become. It builds confidence, resilience, perspective, and independence. If someone looks at my journey and thinks, ‘If she can build a business while raising a family and taking care of herself, maybe I can too,’ then I’ve created the impact I hoped for.”
She believes inspiration can be found in every woman she meets.
“Whether someone is running a business, leading a team, or managing a home with grace, there’s always something to admire. I’ve never looked at successful women and wondered why they could do it. I’ve always thought, ‘If she can do it, maybe I can too.'”
Her message to aspiring women entrepreneurs is one of courage and conviction.
“Don’t wait until you feel completely ready because you probably never will. Start with what you have, stay curious, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Most importantly, don’t let your dreams become smaller because your responsibilities become bigger. If you genuinely believe in what you’re building, keep going.”
Through Say No More Creative Agency, Shivaangi Sharma continues to demonstrate that entrepreneurship is not simply about building successful brands—it is about building confidence, empowering people, and creating a life where purpose and ambition coexist.
