Dr. Navnet Vir Randhawa on Medicine, Mission, and Owning Every Role

Dr. Navnet Vir Randhawa does not fit neatly into a single definition and that is precisely what makes her story compelling. A medical doctor, founder, humanitarian, women’s health advocate and now Mrs Norway World 2025, she represents a generation of women who refuse to be limited by one role or one path.

Born and raised in Norway to an Indian Punjabi family, Dr. Navnet grew up navigating two cultures with ease. That duality shaped her worldview early on. From an international school environment to a home steeped in entrepreneurship, she learned adaptability, discipline, and the value of building something meaningful. Watching her family run businesses planted the first seeds of leadership long before she ever put on a white coat.

Her medical journey began in the United Kingdom, where she trained and worked within the NHS for four years. The experience was intense, demanding, and formative. High patient volumes and cultural diversity sharpened her clinical instincts. Yet, over time, she felt a quiet restlessness. While she respected the system and the work, she knew she had more to offer than a traditional clinical role would allow. That realization became a turning point rather than a frustration.

After moving back to Oslo, Dr. Navnet stepped fully into entrepreneurship. She founded her own aesthetic clinic and went on to establish three dental clinics, building each from the ground up. These were not just medical spaces but carefully designed systems that supported both patients and professionals. Her transition from clinician to founder felt organic. Medicine remained at the core, but leadership and structure became her tools for scale.

Then came a chapter that reshaped her purpose entirely. When the war in Ukraine began, Dr. Navnet responded not with commentary but with action. Drawing on years of volunteer work with the Red Cross, she set up refugee accommodation in a hotel in Oslo. Her company received a government contract to support thousands of refugees, and she was asked to establish and lead an on-site medical clinic. As the primary doctor on ground, she provided daily care to people who had gone years without access to healthcare. The experience was exhausting, humbling, and deeply clarifying.

It reinforced her belief that access to clear and reliable medical information can change lives. That insight later led to the creation of Clinica.no, an online platform offering doctor curated medical grade skincare. Built to cut through confusion and misinformation, the platform reflects her philosophy that healthcare should be accessible, evidence based, and human. With strong growth in Norway, Clinica.no is now expanding internationally across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Alongside business growth, Dr. Navnet has leaned into public education. Through digital platforms, she shares evidence informed insights on skin health, menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, and prevention. In a world crowded with noise, she sees it as a responsibility for medical professionals to show up with clarity and credibility.

Her role as Mrs Norway World 2025 adds another dimension. For Dr. Navnet, the title is not ornamental. It is a platform. As she prepares to represent Norway at Mrs World in January 2026, she uses visibility to amplify conversations around women’s health, leadership, and multidimensional ambition.

At the heart of her journey is a simple but powerful belief. Women do not need to choose between identities. They can be doctors and founders, caregivers and leaders, ambitious and grounded. Dr. Navnet Vir Randhawa is living proof that when women stop shrinking themselves, they expand what is possible for everyone watching.
